2026 VikesFEST Partner Tabling

Join the annual CSU VikesFEST!

This form is for internal or external partners to register to have a table at VikesFEST. This is not the form for CSU Student Organizations. Please fill this out based on who will be best to receive and communicate participation for the event on August 22nd. Registration Deadline is 12 noon on Friday August 7th.

What we are able to provide:

One six foot table
Two folding chairs
Parking pass that can be used at:
- CSU South Garage: 2101 E. 21^st Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44115
- CSU Central Garage: 1919 E. 21st Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44115
2 food truck lunch vouchers ($12 value each)

What we are unable to provide:

Electrical
Tablecloths or table coverings
Tent or covering
Giveaways

We ask that your organization arrive no earlier than 11 a.m. and be prepared to finish setting up your table by 12 noon. The tabling event is from 12 noon to 3 p.m. and we expect organizations to have their tables staffed the entire time.

We will send additional confirmation details to the email address provided at registration. In case of inclement weather we will be inside the Wolstein Center.

The deadline for registration is 12 noon on Friday August 7th.
